Pet Grief and Recovery

I founded Pet Grief and Recovery after the sudden loss of my cat, Vinnie. Although I, myself, was a trained therapist, his sudden death left me bewildered, confused, angry and feeling alone. Once I had spent a lot of time and effort processing and learning more about grief I realized that I needed to lean into legacy building for Vinnie by helping other bereaved pet parents. I wanted to validate their grief and give them a place to feel supported and understood. Thus, my grief coaching was born!
