In my 1-to-1 sessions I focus on supporting people who are coping with the illness or loss of a companion animal. If you are here it's because animals are a central part of your life and you know that their loss can bring profound grief that is not always recognised or understood by others.

People often experience a wide range of emotions including sadness, guilt, anxiety and intrusive thoughts, particularly when a difficult decision about treatment or euthanasia has been involved. I provide a space where people can talk openly about their experience and begin to make sense of what they are feeling.

I combine CBT informed approaches with relaxation and hypnotherapy where appropriate. I am trained and insured and work online with English speaking clients internationally.

Alongside one to one sessions I have created practical resources to support people during this time.
