About Red Apple Counseling and Consultation, LLC

Love and loss when it comes to our pets is profound on every level. I understand. I care. I’m here to help and support you on this journey. As a certified pet loss grief specialist (www.aplb.org) with 20 years of rescue experience, I provide a place to share sadness in a kind and empathetic setting, to unpack current and anticipated pet loss, and also celebrate the beauty and joy of our pets.

I specialize in working with pet loss and other areas, too. Supported by 33 years as an educator in k-12 and university settings and as a clinical researcher at Ohio State (ret.), I am able to incorporate user-friendly and approachable 'bite size' strategies to fit your learning style and needs.

I welcome and validate individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and interests and value a flexible worldview with multicultural perspectives. Everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and healthy. Discounts are offered to educators, students 18 and older, military/medical/first responders, agricultural community.
