Losing a pet is a unique sense of loss.

My coaching holds space for those who grieve and supporting them through grief coaching, as well as equipping those who support others in grief. I ensure you have the wherewithal to navigate uncertainty with a sense of possibility.

During our coaching, I support your journey at every level, body/ mind/ heart and spirit. I have raised children. lost loved ones, cats and dogs, fish, turtles, and lizards to illness. I have served my elders through the end of their lives and supported others in times of transition, loss, and grief. My spiritual care supports those seeking healing rituals that offer deeper meaning and purpose in life, love, and loss. Navigating grief and supporting others in grief is an area of particular concern. Each session deepens mindfulness practices and prayer. 

Currently, I am a desert dweller in the Sonoran Desert, near the US-Mexico border, and have lived, worked, and traveled internationally. Last year my husband and I lost our beloved dog Ryder, 17 years old and a timeless being. We travel around the US with our two fabulous felines, Luna and Patrick.
