You call me and we talk so that I understand what your needs are—the arrangements are handled directly with you, the family, to me, the person who will be providing the cremation service for your pet. Normally, we can accomplish these arrangements over the phone. However, if you prefer, you can meet with me in person to finalize your pet’s aftercare.
