Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest decisions a family can face. Our mission is to make that moment as peaceful, dignified, and compassionate as possible. Our RCVS-registered vets visit your home, so your pet can remain in a calm and familiar place, surrounded by the people who love them.

With one phone call, we gently guide you through everything that needs to happen. We usually have a local vet secured for you within 20 minutes of your call, and we book the visit for the timescale that suits you and your pet. Same-day visits are often available, and out-of-hours is covered. The vet arrives when you have asked, sits with you first, and explains every step. Sedation comes first, the pacing is led by your pet, and we take as long as your family needs.

We arrange collection and cremation with a trusted local partner before the visit, so on the day you can focus on what matters. Pricing is shown by pet size and confirmed before you proceed, with no call-out charges and no surprises. Grief-support resources follow afterwards.
