I’m Heidi—an award-winning and published photographer with a deep belief in the power of memory. Through my studio, Ginger Snapshots®, I’ve spent over a decade capturing the real, the raw, and the radiant moments that make life meaningful. My work is cinematic and story-driven, and nothing matters more to me than honoring the bond between you and your beloved companion.

As an official affiliate of The Tilly Project, I offer end-of-life pet photography sessions at no cost—because I believe no one should have to choose between memorializing their pet and managing the weight of goodbye. These sessions are quiet, compassionate, and deeply respectful, focused on preserving the love and legacy of the furry soul who’s walked beside you through it all.

This work is especially close to my heart. When I lost my Golden Retriever, Thor, it took me over a year to even look at the photos from our last day together. But I was so thankful I had my camera with me. Those images are now among the most precious things I own—a reminder of the love, the softness, and the way he looked at me when the world got quiet.
