About
About Help Send Therapy ~
Help Send Therapy is a compassionate telehealth private practice dedicated to supporting neurodivergent teens and young adults as they navigate the complexities of growing, grieving, and becoming. Rooted in a deeply neuroaffirming and strengths-based lens, we create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to mask, perform, or shrink.
Whether you are grieving a beloved pet, healing your relationship with your body, understanding your neurodivergence, or exploring who you are in a world that often misunderstands you, Help Send Therapy is here to walk alongside you with warmth, presence, and genuine care.
About the Therapist~
Hi! I’m Dina Bdaiwi (she/her), a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor in Southern California.
Animals have always been a grounding force in my life, and my relationships with my beloved bunnies and kitties have taught me so much about love, attachment, and grief. Losing them over the course of my lifetime has deeply informed how I support clients through pet loss and animal-companion bereavement. I know firsthand how profound that bond can be, and I honor it in the therapy room. I would love to see pics and hear stories about your beloved fur babies!
Currently, I have two bunnies, a holland lop named Tofu (4 years old) and a lion head named Moomin (2 years old), as well as three cats, Pinoch (4 years old), as well as Zeitoon (olive) & Pepper (both 10 months old). They are all my sweet babies who love and protect one another. They all often make appearances in the therapy room too!
