About
Grief is heavy, but it’s lighter when shared with someone who understands.
With over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults, I’ve worked with many kinds of loss, but nothing is quite like the heartbreak of losing a beloved pet. After saying goodbye to several of my own dogs, both in expected and sudden, traumatic ways, I realized how few providers truly understand the depth of this pain. That’s why I focus on supporting pet parents through the ache of anticipatory grief and the sorrow that follows, offering a compassionate space to process your emotions, honor your bond with your pet, and work toward healing in your own time. Whether you choose to work with me or someone else, I hope you care for yourself as tenderly as you did for your pet.
