About Me

Hi, I’m Jayde Kroeker. I’m a certified pet loss specialist, social worker, and someone who has experienced the heartbreak of losing a beloved pet firsthand. I know how deep that love runs, and how painful it can be when they’re gone.

I’ve spent years supporting people through grief, trauma, and loss — from my work in social services to my professional training in trauma-informed care, mental health first aid, and grief support. My passion is helping others navigate the complicated, messy, and profoundly emotional journey of saying goodbye to a cherished companion.

Among the Lilies is a space for pet parents who are grieving, seeking comfort, and wanting to honor their beloved pets. We offer resources, workshops, grief support circles, and one-on-one counselling to help you process your loss in a safe, compassionate environment.

Our mission is simple: to hold space for your grief, validate your love, and help you carry your pet’s memory forward in a meaningful, healing way. Whether you’re navigating the first days after loss or finding ways to honor years of companionship, we’re here for you.
