Farmstead Scattering Garden, LLC

Farmstead Scattering Garden is a green-focused mail-in service for spreading cremated ashes on a working farm in northwestern Pennsylvania. We are a fourth-generation farming family that has owned and operated a farm on this site since 1963. Northwestern Pennsylvania is beautiful, and the region boasts a complete four-season environment. It is a lovely location to scatter the ashes of a loved one, whether pet or human. 

Our service is a mail-in offering, so the client's location is not an obstacle. We offer a basic scattering package where the client can choose a location on the farm. We also provide additional services as requested, related to the timing of the scattering, weather conditions, or enhanced experience options. For example, clients could choose to have ashes scattered on a particular day, during a snowstorm, or on a trail ride via horseback. Clients and/or their loved ones can keep up-to-date on farm events through our Facebook page, Farmstead Scattering Garden. We are truly making an unattended ash scattering event personalized.
