About
If you’re struggling with the loss of a pet, you are not alone. You are feeling grief, anxiety, depression, and you don’t have to keep managing it alone. I frequently work with people who spend their lives giving to others but rarely have space to process their own experiences. You may be the one others rely on—but underneath, you feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected. My clinical work is grounded in both professional training and real-life understanding of high-responsibility roles and chronic stress.
I specialize in working with adults (18 ) experiencing: grief & trauma, anxiety & chronic stress, depression & burnout, and boundary setting & communication challenges. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I provide trauma-informed therapy in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment. I understand that many clients feel exhausted, disconnected, or misunderstood—and my role is to meet you with empathy, respect, and practical tools. I work with many clients using: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), CareFirst (BCBS), Cigna, and Kaiser.
