I’m an IAOPCC registered Pet Funeral Director, certified Bereavement Specialist, crematory operator and proud pet parent to Lainey and Cooper. I founded Reflections after the heartbreaking loss of our 14-year-old rescue dog, Dixie. The aftercare we experienced was the only option available and felt corporately cold and transactional—nothing like the love and dignity she deserved. That experience led me to research better options out there and discover aquamation, a gentler, water-based alternative to traditional cremation that aligns with our values of personalized care, compassion and environmentally conscious and sustainable choices..
