Subrosa Santo Grief Support

Subrosa Santo means holy wild rose, or under the holy rose. Wild rose assists us in remembering ways of being with grief and death that free us to be more joyful, loving, and fully alive. 

Grief is a medicine. It is innately alchemizing. The work of grief is to surrender to all that grief asks of us, to be fully present with a reality we did not want or ask for. We do this by learning to open to the raw energies of grief and the liminal space. Grief support allows you to be transformed while honoring who/what you have loved and lost.

I offer grief support in this vision of transformation and aliveness. Losing a pet can be devastating. Because of the depths of grief that are present in that loss, equal to that of losing a close human family member, there is an opportunity to embody the love we had with our animal companion. In ways that feed our aliveness, creativity, and capacity for love and joy.

The grief support offered through Subrosa Santo specializes in navigating the grief of animal loss. As well as being an animal end of life companion. This work is focused on helping you connect with your pet before, during, and after transition. Offering them your presence and the most peaceful transition possible. As well as learning to navigate and befriend grief and death in ways that help you honor the love you shared. I offer deep presence, empathy, understanding, normalizing and un-shaming of grief, emotional, and spiritual support. As well as support in creating ceremonies for you and your pet, and other practical support to bring as much grace and ease as possible to your journey with grief and death.
