Passing Paws In-Home Pet Euthanasia

Dr. Shantelle graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 and is CPEV (Certified Peaceful Euthanasia Veterinarian) certified by the CAETA (Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy) organization. Dr. Shantelle worked in a general veterinary practice for 3 years before transitioning to exclusively in-home euthanasia for the next 4 years. When she moved to the Wentzville area in early 2024, she decided to start Passing Paws In-Home Pet Euthanasia.

Dr. Shantelle established Passing Paws to focus on ensuring that families have access to a compassionate and gentle goodbye in the comfort of their own home. She has a mission of honoring the human-animal bond and its incredibly important place in our lives. The difference that in-home euthanasia makes in the lives of pets and their families drives her to commit to giving families the most peaceful experience possible.
